Pay yearly and two months are free. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any local taxes.
Questions
Do we need someone technical to run this?
No. You sign up, add your organisation's details and start publishing. There is nothing to install, host or update — we handle all of it.
Which languages are supported?
Any language you need, including right-to-left ones such as Arabic. You choose the languages your organisation publishes in, and members read in the one they picked.
Can we move our existing members and content in?
Yes. Member lists import from a spreadsheet. For existing website content, write to us and we will help with the move.
Where is our data stored?
On servers in the European Union. Your data belongs to your organisation and can be exported in full at any time.
When can we start?
The platform is built and in final testing, with public launch planned for November 2026. Write to us now and we will bring you in during the first group of accounts.

What we collect
On this website we collect only what you send us by email. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. In the Beldahub platform, customer organisations store the member data they choose to store, and they remain the controller of that data.
How we use it
We use the details you send to answer your enquiry and, if you become a customer, to provide and support the service. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers needed to run the platform, such as hosting and payment processing.
Payments
Subscription payments are processed by Polar as merchant of record. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach our servers.
Storage and your rights
Data is stored on servers in the European Union. You may ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data at any time by writing to support@beldahub.com. We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to answer them and for our own records.

The service
Beldahub provides hosted communication and membership software on a subscription basis. Access begins when a subscription starts and continues while it remains paid.
Subscriptions and payment
Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period already paid for. Prices are in US dollars and exclude local taxes, which the payment provider adds where required.
Refunds
If the service does not work as described, write to us within 14 days of payment and we will refund that period in full.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you publish and for holding the right to contact the members you add. The service may not be used to send unsolicited commercial messages or unlawful content.
Availability and liability
We aim for continuous availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the twelve months before a claim. These terms are governed by the law of Türkiye.
